Just a language thing, but it's telling me "You may train this driver (& staff members too) 1 day ago", although there is no capability to train them (there shouldn't be, I have already trained them since the last race).
I'm in a series which races on M, W & F, so I wonder if this is confusing the game a bit over the weekend.
