TranslateHi, I’m new here my league has nearly completed its first season !
I have a question I am level 5 and my headquarters (the three unlocked buildings) are all 3 stars or higher yet I still can not unlock the driver simulator ?
I’m confused can anyone point me in the right direction ?

Trying to remember at what level it says you can unlock simulator as I thought is was level 7 but could be off the mark as it was along time ago .click on the simulator and I'm sure it tells you the requirements .

If any other facility is currently being built you can't build other facilities. So wait until construction is complete then try again and it will work.

actually I remember being level 10 or so and buildings being locked, is it possible you need 7+ building levels completed? I may be mixed up, just throwing it out there in case someone else knows better but also isn't confident on that.
