training of staff

hi,

would it be possible to extend the range of staff you have or even train your staff. you could train your pit crew to be faster for example or train your tech staff.

just a thought but would add a bit more to the sim i think

 I like the pit crew idea.

well the pit crew makes a massive difference in a real GP and the Race Team manager is the guy who i responsible for the pit crew so if you had the chance to buy a good team manager who would then make your pit crew faster or you have a default pit crew but have the option to train them to make them faster. just feel there is a bit more scope to improve your team other than just buy 3 five star people

Would be great that old drivers you could make CD or TD. Train them also. Maybe it wouldnt be training but studying.
