Having problems after the update?
We are expecting cases of this. Immediately after the update you may see errors such as:
- Text in place of icons
- Missing icons
- Poorly scaled icons (giant icons, for example)
- A box with a cross instead of an icon [X]
Each of these problems is related to cached code on your device or the servers. Please close all running instances of the app and re-load them or in web browsers do a CTRL+F5 "hard refresh" to update your cache to the latest version.
In cases of "extreme caching" (where the app refuses to update the cache) you may have to forcibly delete the cache on Android or delete the browser cache on Safari on iOS. If this is too technical, simply reinstalling the app will work also.
Note on reinstalling the app: If you have a device-only account (if you pressed "Skip" at signup) ensure you have added an email and password to your account as it will be logged out when you reinstall the app otherwise, and you'll need support to get access again.
