qualif parameters

Hello all,
when we setup the car for the qualif and race, we can choose a "pushing level" to start the race with the registered parameters ; if we choose to push hard, is it taken into acount for the qualif lap ?

I believe whatever settings you have for your 1st stint is used for the qualif. so.. yes.

No, it's not :) Qualifying is always done on medium push level (PL3).

You're right Gert. I was thinking tyres.... 
But that default PL is set in the strategy page as well...

Thanks for replying, you made me realize I may have worded it in a confusing way. I changed my post to say medium push level instead of default.

sorry i didn't get the point .... If I choose push hard in the stategy for fisrt stint, can you say if yes or not this is taken into account for the qualif ?

No it doesn't affect Qualy lap, as Qualy lap no matter what push level you choose will always be done on PL3.
