Is there a way to see the race results from other divisions, ie for a rookie manager to view pro results and lap times to gauge how he might fair if promoted?

I too was wondering this ! I started a team on my wife’s phone just so I could see what was happening in the rookie division !!

Same. if the league host can’t, it’s a bit of an oversight.

Other tier results can be viewed if you open your account on a browser from your phone and enable desktop view then go to view race results and you will see all 3 tiers. Unfortunately this isn't available on mobile app version. Maybe in future it might be available. You can make a suggestion in suggestion section of the forum.
