Can someone help me understand what exactly the effect of an improved driver simulator is? I'm confused after paying special attention to my driver's health and progress towards training immediately after my simulator was upgraded.
Before the simulator upgrade finished, it took 11 health per training click, resulting in 25 progress.
After the simulator upgrade completed, it states training should be 25% more effective. However, it still takes 11 health and gives 25 progress.
Where is this "25% more effective" reflected?

"25% more effective" suggests, ur Simulator is Level 5. Did u improve all 5 Levels at once or are we talking about a Level 4 vs. Level 5 Simulator? I assume the latter.
Example with numbers:
My drivers got 15 progress per training recently with Simulator at L10 (+50%). So I got 50% on top of the usual 100% default per training session. That makes 150%. So we got 150% = 15 progress.
I improved Simulator to Level 12 (+60%) --> 160% per session. And yes, progress was 16. So we got 160% = 16 progress.
In your case, I assume u had L4 (+20%) --> 120% per session = 25 progress
With L5 (+25%) --> 125% per session would be 26.04 progress. So, 26 progress would be expected. Maybe U got the previous 25 only by rounding up. I guess, u r very close to getting 26.
And then there is this: the better the driver gets, the slower the progress gets! Maybe that worked against u.

also the simulator has nothing to do with the health only the progress. the the stars of you DR or Doctor determine health loss when training. so you must have a level 4 or 4 half DR, so if you want health loss to drop to ten you have to hire a 5 star DR.
