2 teams same time same pc

Ok 
I have 2 teams 
They race at the same time 
Team 1 loads “go to race” ok
Team 2 has taken up to 25 laps to load , 
I try Firefox for team 1 
Edge for team 2 
Also try chrome 
And combos of both 
Or both chrome etc , 
I have yet to see both teams start a race due to loading times 
I have 2 monitors so just run a team on each screen 
Any ideas Managers? 

Try loading one account at a time. 

1-load igp's game page
2-go to race
3-when team 1 race track is loaded, then proceed to team 2 using a different browser.
