Do drivers age if they are being reserve driver?

No they only age when they are racing. 20 races equals to 1 year of ageing.

Thanks for the reply. At first I thought they age nonetheless because their contract keep running.

Contract does keep running and they keep charging salary each race but if they don't race they don't age. So only keep drivers you need and don't pile them up.
