What if you were trying to find a good CD staff member with the strength of one of the Big 4 (Acceleration, Braking, Downforce, and Handling) and the weakness of either Cooling or Reliability, and you can’t find them easily?

That’s why I think a filter would be good to find a staff member narrowed down by strength, weakness, etc. (i.e. A CD staff member has Braking as a strength and Cooling as a weakness, so you can use the filter to find Braking for strength and/or Cooling for weakness)

Hi Spencer.
I think those are the ideals staff attributes we are all looking for. If such filter was available then they might as well make them available to begin with. 
I would categorize this as one of those aspects of this game that will get fine tuning in due time.
