What did you try to do?

i see my lvl in manager page

What happened instead?

i am level 5 but the simulator and the techmology not unlocked

Hi, you can only upgrade one building at a time. As soon as your offices&hospitality upgrade is finished, you will be able to upgrade the simulator or the technology facility.
