Trying to sign my friend up for iGP but when I get onto the sign-up form the part that says "Enter Verification Text (please type text from image)"...... i can't see any image, tried on chrome and IE but nothing is showing....

any help would be appreciated.

Get them to use http instead of https in the url, like so:
