running 12 th with Wilson, I have a standby driver being groomed in the wings, Should i take out Wilson and replace with new blood or wait till seasons end and play Wilson for Drivers Championship points,
I kinda like the idea of drivers points as a benchmark,
I kinda like the idea of fresh blood for the team looking to next season ,
speak all who can ,

If it's just for the next season I'd let the old one finish the current one, but I generally dislike switching drivers in the middle of a season even though it means a little bit less experience for the new one. If it's a measure trying to rescue or improve the ranking in the team championship I might switch, as I regard the team one higher than the drivers one. Well, except maybe if I imagine the old one is a nice guy looking like the type of guy bringing some beer along, that is.

I mean, I did it once and it's not a very good idea because even though the driver that i put in the reserve had 65 points, the other driver managed to do not that much points in half a season (it was around 100). So, you better make your driver finish the season and THEN change drivers.

I would stick with your current driver and see out the season

Im trying to catch the folk in front, ive got a talent7 driver and talent searched a talent 17, i want to get him in , but i already sold a talent 17 driver with intentions of other team picking him up but he didnt show up in transfers list and within 5 minutes was gone, , i cant wait till next season, these guys are running away with glory and i want a slice of that pie, :)

Once I've made the decision to get rid of a driver I do it immediately. If he/she is underperforming you've got to make the call, no point in paying wages and keeping a race seat filled with a rubbish driver if you have a better one in reserve.

If the driver is very unperforming then yes.

Ok done, so its been said on here before but this is what i did,
the driver I want in Team B is in Team A as reserve driver
Team A swapped driver , reserve driver gets race seat, thus listed,
Team B shortlisted this driver,
Team A sells driver
Team B quickly buys shortlisted driver
Team B sells outgoing driver to hungry rookie market,
Team B now has young talent 17 driver to train
Teams A and B bleed money and Tokens but have enough left over for dinner and drinks at the Fancy iGP Restaurant,

Chaz
dinner and drinks at the Fancy iGP Restaurant,
The main thing I like about that place is that mods eat and drink for free 😎

Lol
When the mods are there it’s not a place for children to be , gets a bit rowdy !
