I was winning the race untill in the last lap the game make me go to the pits and take "I" Tires in a 5mm rain, i lost the race because of this!

You didn't put enough fuel in. If it's on the last lap make sure the pit button isn't flashing green. If it is stay out unless you can't make it to the finish.
