Weather Station not showing on Live race

I have been watching every race on the 2D Viewer and I have noticed that I don't have any option to view the weather station that I have purchased. Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing? I thought it was supposed to be a check box within the 2D Viewer Settings that would allow me to view the real time weather forecast during the race.

There will be a current weather icon top left of 2D, if you click on it the weather station comes up.
