In my last race (4/17), I lapped every team but one (the only team that didn't use the default mediums), and I think the league is mostly inactive. Should I change leagues or just milk the extra wins?
Anyone have any league they'd like an active manager in?

It's totally upto you, if you just want easy wins then stay but if you want competition then join an active league. On forum look under leagues and events section for various differrent leagues looking for players. You can even post asking for a suitable league such as 2 car or 1 car, suitable race time, race distance and race speed. With this other players will be able to post according to your requirements. Race distance and race speed not as important but race time you are able to attend live races is crucial. I can make space for you in my league if it suits you but we race at 19.00 GMT and you currently are racing at 21.00 GMT so time wise might not be what you are looking for.
Always go for an active league, in my opinion. You will have the opportunity to race against stronger managers, see what tactics they use, and improve your management skills.
