Training Question

My drivers have all of their stats built up to level twenty but both are young so their experience level reflects this.  If I train them, will it help them gain experience from races at a faster pace or can experience come just from running races.  Thank you in advance for the answer :)

Just from running races. 1 Experience per 10 races completed as far as i know.

From observation having trained many drivers, once you achieve minimum weight and the trainable attributes (all except Talent & Experience) have reached 20 there is no benefit in continuing to train. Experience only comes with competing in races at a rate of 1 point every 10 races.

If you haven't ditched your doctor already, as soon as you no longer need to train drivers you can choose to let your doctor contract expire and the game will assign a 1 star replacement with a wage of only £50k per race.
