What did you try to do?
Moved to a brand new league where the first race is not for another three days. When you move to a league that has not started and is in between season's you are suppose to have DP besides your weakness at 40 plus for each area
What happened instead?
DP are only 17, 4, 3, 3, 1, 8, 3, 1.
The other elite member who has joined the league has the same problem.

Yes the other elite manager has the same problem.

Please fix so other managers do not have the same problem when they join
