Cobra ipg needs bot teams

I hear teams compliance about bot teams in there league . We are a new league and need bot teams in pro so the very active players can progress. Bot teams are very important to a league untill elite is full 

HHow do you get bot teams

Rich would you guys open to merge into our league, looking for small leagues that want to merge into a bigger league. we could put things in place to help you rebuild your second driver as your a one car league.

Hay, me and rich already in conversation. But things need to be agreed for this to happen.

Bot teams or fake or inactive accounts can be put in your team if you ask ipg 

So how would I get so many inactive teams all of a sudden join my league I'm not saying it's a bad thing , I think it is a good thing as it gives active players a chance to progress up the league
