Hi, I want to put your attention on a surreal thing that happened yesterday.
My team "Iustiniani Corse" (level 1 at the beginning) at the end of the Rookie season (fist season for the team in a league with opponents with many levels upper me) arrived 3rd with the same points (370) of the team "Dingo" (level 10 now) which arrived 2nd. This costed me the promotion after a very difficult season and a great comeback with an optimal development of the car.
Looking at the results my team had 4 wins during the season and his team had only 2.
I asked about this in the proper forum and a moderator (thank you for the fast reply) told me that does not matter the number of wins like in real life but the player that achieved a victory first. O.O

So, i think this is a bit unfair and illogical. It's an "all-in" for the fist races. If you win does not matter if your opponent wins the rest of the races :D
I'm really really disappointed...(this is not my first season, with my first account I am an experienced manager with ranking 10.000). And so many tokens spent for the season are now in the trash...

So for the 2019 F1 season I hope that Ferrari will win in Melbourne so there will be the possibility to achieve the championship this way...:P

Hi Alessandro.

I understand your point and to be honest it does seem a little unfair because in your specific scenario the tie break calculation doesn't reward consistency.

Your scenario where quote... "If you win (Australia) does not matter if your opponent wins the rest of the races"
If your opponent wins the remaining races then it would be extremely unlikely that you would both finish the season on equal points. A more likely outcome is your opponent would win the championship by many points.

I can see how you are frustrated at missing out on promotion to Pro but this is the way tied teams have been ranked ever since the game was launched nearly three years ago. Judging by the very few forum posts it has generated it hasn't been a big problem to date but I will escalate your suggestion to the iGP team for them to give an official response.

Thanks
Kev.
