CD\TD\DR Improvements

Surely the TD/CD/DR should progress based on your Results in a race and season. the more the staff are used and the better your results the more improvement they make. bit like experience for a driver improving through use. 

It would be good to keep a good CD that has the required features you feel you need as you level up and not need to pot luck find new ones each season or so. 

The other option is tokens to upgrade/train them if you want might be an option. 1-2 tokens to upgrade one of the 3 areas each have to up the star rating. 

Experience does increase the same way as drivers do, ive held onto a CD with 12experience and 18/18 in the other 2 segments just cus i like to test stuff. (The answer was NOOOO!!!!) The answer is yes tho...
The only thing that doesnt seem to change is the number of stars.
So i got rid of him (after 5 seasons, 2 lvl ups) when he was 15 experience because he was starting to cost a small fortune with no benefit in return

I like the latter idea, but i think it would make it to ease for everyone to get a 20/20/20 cd td and dr, simply by spending a few coins

It would but buying one is just tedious as the market transfers are not well proportioned.  I can go a week and not see a lvl 7 or above driver.  


Maybe make the experience etc upgrade take 2-3 days so it will take a few seasons.
