I just purchased 20 engines for 16 coins, the system took my coins but didn't give me the engines. Can you help please?

20 engines cost 20 tokens.  20 parts, however, do cost 16 tokens.  I haven't seen a single one of these instances were a manager was refunded for this mistake.
