To many managers promoted

Hi guys,
in the wake of the server issues yesterday there have been also too many teams in my league been promoted. Maybe somebody can put the 2 teams back in their appropriate tier.

The managers are: Elliot Porter & Tom Johnson, promoted to elite on 3rd & 4th rank in pro

Edit: I also just saw that we start out into the new season with a maximum of 4 design points without supplier bonuses. Help would here also be appreciated.

Reported to devs hopefully soon it will be sorted out.
