Team starting with 100% in a category

What did you try to do?
We have a driver in my league that is starting with 100 in acceleration. I don't know how this is possible. Are you able to save points from one season to the next? Did he game the system or hack?

What happened instead?
Team is Sulaco Racing and owner is Simon Bell

You should check how his team performed last season, was he active towards the end of the season?. It's entirely possible that he saved whatever DP points needed to maximized Acceleration right off the gate on the 1st race of this season.  
I know when I don't race for a couple of days there's a big chunk of Dp points waiting to be allocated when I get back.  Juat one of a few possibilities anyways...
