Levels

Can anyone explain why a level 17 manager with 2 talent 20 driver 17&18 with driver attributes at 20 mental at 16&17 weight at 51kg be slower than a level 16,15,13 manager with drivers talent on 17,18,19 driver stats in 16,17,18 mental at 15&16 and weight not on 51 be quicker faster and getting into points aside from design points which are higher for the two talent 20 drivers over the talent 19 how does the actual game assert this in real time when racing ??? 

Karl if they r in Pro might be the ballast. If ur in elite - Or it might be the cars development of the teams concerned. But good  question. 

All drivers in elite same league just does not make any sense why or how such low level managers and drivers with such different stats can be faster and in the points ...: I am surprised no one has asked this good luck to them but how can this be right surely it is either a massive bug or the devs have not picked up on this 

Even if we look at the practise run surely the lower stat drivers and manager should no way be in the top 10 and the talent 20 and higher manager be in the 10-20 section ??
