integration of "winter tests"

Hello,

So here I will like to propose a possible improvement. As said in the title why not propose to the developer to integrate the winter tests (for example). Let me explain :

I will take as an example a beginner who has just started the game.
The first season he often changes supplier because he does not know the effects and changes that can have on his car.
So why not set up during the second season in the same league trials during the days of rest to test different suppliers? Of course to have access to the test circuit it will pay either in Tokens or Euros but at least it will add a little more and we would see exactly what it brings.

I said that I had an account before but I wanted to redo 0 so I'm not novice contrary to what one might think when seeing my profile ^^.

I hope this idea will please and that it will reach the ears of the developers ^^.

All suppliers clearly list the effects(positive and negative) they will have on your car.  

You have 5 testing laps to see their effects before race day.  Most tracks have different characteristics so testing before the race is only relevant to race's track coming up. 

Surely at some point we may have access to a particular track that we can actually call our own testing track. Until then, we have 5 laps before each race to do so. In addition to that, I read in one of the advance guides that drivers don't always show their full potential during practices so even practices' data may not tell you all you're looking for.
