With 2 races left, I hold a 4 pint lead in the constructor's championship. My acceleration and braking are maxed out at 100, with downforce and handling both at 90. I have 10 upgrade points to allocate.
My question is, with Brazil the next race, does anyone know if either handling or downforce is more important on that track? Does each track even have different ways in which it values different areas of car design?

I would think so, otherwise we might as well race on ovals.....lol!!...
Downforce improves your speed on corners.....handling helps your car handle bumpy tracks.... Which of these two factors is Brazil most affected by?
Personally I would choose Donforce any time... Go big or go home!!

Brazil is Neutral suspension, so I believe that means not super fast, but pretty smooth - so I would agree with Memo and lean towards downforce.
You could always go 5/5 on each and save the coin toss lol

I do not believe that the race simulator actually takes into account crucial attributes. In fact my cars tend to be as balanced as I can always do.

Yup! 5/5 will look after the unknown for sure... But if it's maximum performance you're seeking to get, looking at your race lap data you must do to see what changes this upgrades make and when. I tell you, a lot of times I agree with Gustavo.
Just remember not to get so frustrated through the process, after all there are way too many variables to be able to get them all right consistently. The fun is trying to though.
