What did you try to do?
My driver (E Sanders) qualified 3rd, but lined up on the grid 4th. Race ID 22516841

I've experienced this on a number of occasions. Look at qualifying time of positions 3 & 4 and you'll most likely find they're identical. Sometimes when this happens the qualifying report shows the cars ranked one way but they line up on the grid reversed.

Yes, you are right.  3rd and 4th had the same qualy time.
