Female drivers vs male drivers

Because female drivers weigh less, would that mean they are faster?

Less weight.... faster, less  car weight 

I’d bank it’s been programmed that ladies 46kg is equal to men’s 51kg. As to not give a gender advantage. But I could be wrong..

Just don’t see why they would build in a 5kg advantage just because they’re female. At least not without giving males an advantage elsewhere. 

I was actually debating making a similar thread asking if males are better lol. My female drivers are consistently out driven by both males of the leading team.

Three of the four drivers have since changed, but at the time of writing that post, our two primary drivers were:

He had 20 stamina compared to my 17 or 18 at the time, but I still had the weight advantage with 48 or 49kg compared to his high 60s. Our driver abilities were very similar, both talent 11 so 1 or 2 difference in the rest isn't going to change much.

I go into every race with 100% health, and show up live to keep tyres in optimal temps. Last lap pushes, kers, etc. 

I had the more developed car prioritizing the big four stats. Matching fuel/tyre economy. 
Think he had better cooling and reliability but whatever.

So I was confused why it wasn't at least a back and forth battle between the two drivers. That would have been awesome.
Every race, without fail, Moss would just walk away from Palmer and there didn't seem to be anything I could do about it.
