driver problem

I have a problem with my team. I was trying to buy a driver that i wanted so i waited for it to confirm it but insted it gave me a completely different driver that i didnt want and it took all of my coins and money and put me in debt. The worst part is that i can't even get rid of the driver and he's costing me money every race whilest the driver is being owned by someone else.
