I don't know if it has already been suggested in the past, but wouldn't it be nice if it would be possible for managers to negotiate the contract of the staff and drivers. It would enable us to keep the drivers/staff for just about as long as we want them to, and also make sure that their salary doesn't reach astronomical figures on renewing them again and again.
