with how the game works currently there is no need for yellow or blue flags. lapped cars don't slow you down when you pass them as opposed to cars involved in a direct battle for position
As far as im aware there is no slowing down of cars wether they are backmarkers or racing for position, it makes no diff to lap times, ive never seen it anyway.
Your push levels are meant to make a difference, when u move it higher it has a sword meaning your attacking and when you move it lower a shiekd to show your d3fending, but they onky really change the heat u put inti tyres.
Each car is really only a representation of a lap time
you definitely get hold up in battles for positions if you're a lot faster than the guy in front. for example guy comes out of pits with 30 litres and you're on 15 litres you get slowed down opposed to lapped cars who just let you go. but that's beside the point of the thread. blue flags are kind of always in effect already. no need to pop up a flag somewhere on the screen for the way the game works

To me it seemed like laped cars affect races, especially wet ones or Monaco.
