It happens as you know once in a while. Have seen earlier reports about this.

This only happens when there is a problem with the servers, our service is stable 99.99% of the time. Unfortunately sometimes our providers have incidents and cause these failures with practice turns. I am very sorry that this happened to you, if it happens again do not hesitate to let us know. ⚙️🔧
