Service interruption (7th April 2019 @ 09:50 GMT)

For approximately 20 minutes there were server faults at this time. This appears to be a repeat of the issue which occurred 3 days ago, and we need do a thorough investigation in to the cause with our server management team.

We already understand what the issue is, just not the root cause. From what we know, it will likely be either very simple or very complicated to resolve, and not anything in between. Hopefully it's the former for everyone's sake.

A quick update on this, the solution was thankfully on the simpler side and it should be addressed now. We will continue monitoring the situation as a slight change to the server setup was required.
