League table, Red and Green

Hi, i am really new to this game and was wondering, i go on the league table and there have been no races but i am in the bottom of the standings in a red section, and i am not in the standings. I just joined today. Also what is merchendising and how do i get to level 2?

the red and green areas are the relegation zones. As you are a rookie at the moment nothing will happen when you are in the red(relegation) zone. Would you be a pro already, you would go down into the rookie tier again. If you finish the season in the green(promotion) zone you will move up into the pro tier.

You will reach level 2 by doing races and gaining XP points in them(see the rules for XP amounts). Later then, when you reach level 5, you will be able to buy the commerce(merchendise) facility. You can then sell stuff like fan articles etc. to generate more income.
