Staff stats

Hi all,

Does anyone know if the three stats for staff are taking into consideration? Or are them pointless?

The CD attributes are taken into consideration for next seasons car development. Otherwise only star values are used.
The exact same question was also posted two threads down. 

Thanks Nick, didn't know that! What about TD and DR? Do you know if the attributes are important to them?

The TD and DR don't have attributes.

By attributes for CD, I mean their Strength and Weakness. 
The way CD's work is they grant a certain amount of points towards next seasons car for each race they are involved in. Their strength will get extra points, while their weakness gets less.

The TD is used along side the CD to review competitors cars and gain DP from them. If you have the most developed car, having a high level TD is essentially useless. Only their level is taken into consideration. Stats are not used.

A DR is used for training only. Each FULL star a DR has, uses 1 less health point per training. Again, their stats don't matter.
