How often is it again that drivers age? I thought it was every season but i couldn't find where i had read that again. My guys never seem to age that's all!

That's what i thought also Chaz but they are not doing that. Maybe i should be quiet as they will stay young!

"Drivers and staff age at a rate of 1 year per 20 races."

Thanks Gustavo i knew i had read it somewhere and must have missed that when i went back over it.
Lucky they are not V8 Supercar drivers as they have 30+ races per season!!

Or running the schedule Ken Schrader ran in his prime during the 90s between NASCAR Cup, Trucks, ASA, and late models. He'd be 100 by now if he aged by this games model running 80 to 90 races a year.
