Not promoted to elite when theres enough for promotion

What did you try to do?
There was seven players before abu dhabi, then someone joined before the race, making promotion possible.

What happened instead?
After the race, i realized i was still in pro when there was enough for promotion. Rookie promoted and elites relegated, but no one from pro went up when there was enough players

This affected both of the top two in pro, we are both still in pro when we finished 1st and 2nd in the championship with 8 players in pro

Hi Harry, I have promoted you to Elite. The other player seems to have switched leagues — I may consider this as them forfeiting their option to move up to Elite.

Hi Yunus, thanks for that mate. Also, the second place manager returned to the league, not sure if this means they should be promoted or not.
