This is something I used to encounter from time to time, but literally haven't had a problem with it in ages. Then tonight's race (http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=race-result/96886) I had 4 seperate issues.

Both drivers (G Woloshyn and E Menarguez) took their first stops a lap earlier than was intended. I've raced here twice before without issue so was relatively confident in my fuelling, but maybe I got it wrong. Either way, looking at the fuel levels for both drivers, I think they had enough for another lap. I reacted by increasing the fuel for further stints, even though I believe they had enough.

Then E Menarguez ran out of fuel in the pit lane on his second stop, despite the results showing he didn't have 0 fuel left (he was literally outside the pit box).

Despite all of this on the final lap G Woloshyn got into the lead, only to pit on the final straight (and so finished without actually making a stop, i.e. it wasn't needed). Looking at the results, he finished the race with 1.7l of fuel left!

These events completely changed the course of the race and the result, and with it quite possibly the championship. The first stops I can concede might be due to my error (but I'm far from convinced), E Menarguez's retirement is more difficult to accept as he had fuel and was in the pitlane. But G Woloshyn's non-pitting on the final lap just makes no sense no matter which way I look at it.

Any light shed on these events much appreciated.

Cheers,
Simon

I've complained about this multiple times in another thread (a couple of weeks ago) but the dev's are yet to get back to me on it.

On multiple accounts my drivers keep trying to pit in the last lap of the race when they have more than enough fuel left.

Check yoru pit light and turn it off if it shows up when it isn't suppose to.

That's not really a solution though is it? You can't spend your whole time watching the pit lights in case it comes on when it has no reason to.

I too have noticed this issue recently in my recent races. My drivers are pitting a lap or two early, despite having enough fuel and then stopping on the final lap for no real reason.

This should be fairly noticable.

Not if you don't have your pit box window open David :P At work I use a 15" screen and having that bloody box open covers half the screen XD

None the less, it's a bug that shouldn't be happening, so it needs to be fixed :P Watching the pit light is a temporary solution yeah, but we shouldn't have to do that when we know we are fueled right :P

Similarly if you have a big monitor/multi-monitors, your eyes can easily be elsewhere.
