if your two cars and together on track u should be able to tell the one in front to let the one behind through and they slow slightly until the one behind passes. This helps with realism and strategies.

This is also coupled with another suggestion I made where traffic does slow u down slightly

Slow traffic is a killer!!! 
Think of all the ghost/inactive managers out there, their teams still make it to the races. They would form 90+% of this slow traffic thing.

Remove inactive players from your league mate I’m looking for more realism here I’ve done 2 seasons and I’m already getting bored 

Agree it is optional for all managers so i dont see a problem, should be added, supported.

Come on, the whole point of racing is to race! Team orders can be introduced when Ferrari pull their heads out of their exhaust pipes and start letting their drivers race in real life. 

Say it’s last race of season and your guy is 2nd in championship and he’s second in the race. Your women’s 1st but she’s 4th in championship. Your guy needs to come 1st to win champ... press switch drivers  champ won. Just makes sense and realistic oh let em race last day of season just would never happen I stand by this needs to be in the game

This is a decent idea. There should be a button on the screen if you tap it it says prioritize driver 1, let them race or prioritize driver 2. If the two drivers are 1-3 seconds off each other and you want them switched then you can do that easily. The problem is constructors championship matters a lot more on this game so it doesn't do much. But if the driver behind is lower fueled by a few litres and can go faster than the other driver then it will be very useful
