I've upgraded my simulator to help train my driver.
Now it's at Level 2 and it says that "Training is now 25% more effective".
But when I train the driver, it only move 3% each time... Which is the same amount as when I was at Level 1...
Can somebody explains how this works ?

The reason for this is that your driver is now above your own level, you are level 14 and your driver is level 15, which is why your drivers star rating turns red also. Still train your driver anyway, its slow but little progress is better than none.
