I think the game would be much more better if the weather leading up to practice closing remained constant. If it suddenly changes 10 mins before the practice closes, then those who have done this earlier under different weather contions may not be able to get on and change their settings. Like today I suspect a few have practiced in the wet like me so have a wet setup. I could not get on til after 9.30 by which the practice had finished and so could not change my setup to dry conditions if I wanted to.

I would disagree, this adds the element and risk with Parc Ferme added, it will allow more dynamic racing. Choosing the strategy carefully here is a choice on your part. The weather may change, multiple times before the race begins, and that is the fun. I had a Wet Setup for a Dry Qualifying cause I did my practice in Light Rain, it was dry through qualifying, so naturally I had a less-than-decent qualifying, but overall my car was faster cause what I did was, watch the forecast and local weather in that area.

I veto that the weather should stay in effect so that managers who actually play the game, have a bit more difficulty at winning a race instead of punching in a few litres and tires and disappearing until before the next race without giving any flying..

During the race I see that my wet setup is faster than those who are on a dry setup and the weather during the race is dry so far..  !!!!!! VERY REALISTIC NOT !!!!!!

indeed I realized on some races, that with full wets under rain the cars have been faster then with softs under dry...
?
But I also agree, that weather changes in real life, and it also should change during race!

This is because the Degration of the Inters and Full Wets is very low and they retain alot of grip, this maybe fixed in Beta.
