Driver ability declines when?

I’ve been training my driver for a while, but while he’s only 22, his experience is 10. Do drivers start declining around a certain age, or is it based on their experience somehow? I’m wanting to make sure I’m planning with my next driver appropriately.

Experience, as Talent, is an ability that cannot be trained.

However, unlike talent, it will increase over time, as long as you are in a league.

There is no such thing as ability decline (for now). And age doesn't affect anything else than the contract, when drivers decide to retire.

So, don't worry too much about your young guy. Just keep training.

I believe Dan is inquiring about driver atrophy. Driver atrophy is no longer in effect since the switch to new iGP back in 2016. Drivers’ stats don’t decrease.
