Signed him up.

He is a decent driver for a team looking for steady performance. We just signed a new driver and do really have room for him.

Was wondering why you let him go, he has eight more points than my top driver has. Looks like we're going to have a better chance now. 

He will do you right, at least he has a team who can improve with him. He was our number two driver and we're second in the championship. Needed to get a more experienced driver with some championship pedigree so we can take points off our competition in 1st place. 

Well now he's number one, we're going to utilize his abilities to make our team better.
