Hi Raphael,
I thought this problem was fixed a while ago by devs. Can you check if you're using the latest version of the app? It should be 3.41 for android.
And if yes, can you clear cache?

I tried but still there is a problem. Cleared cache still there is a problem.

You need to upload it on a website (imgur, discord,...) and copy the URL. Than you use the picture icon here and paste the link into the box.
