Since there are now some 17 year old drivers around, when searching for drivers, should the age filter be reduced from 18 to 17?

While we're at it, how about being able to restrict results by driver level and/or individual stats as well?
Searching for good drivers becomes a massive pain in the arse around Level 5 or 6. You can't filter out the low-level drivers (like 3 and below) and so you search and end up with loads and loads of useless results.

I've set the minimum age to 17 and added the minimum overall rating filter.
The next suggestion will inevitably be a skill filter, but that's more complicated and will have to wait for a later update.
