TranslateHow can some mangers be paying drivers only 55k? My drivers coming out of academy command 300k.
What am I doing wrong?

50k is usually the salary of automatically-generated staff whenever you don't have anyone available to fill those positions after your previous staff's contract runs out. If say a manager had their drivers' contracts run out and didn't renew them, and they had no reserve drivers, the game would automatically generate level 1 or 2 drivers with 1-3 talent, with 50k per race salary. Same case if they were to have staff such as CD, TD, and doctor leave their team and had no other staff to replace them.
However, you cannot fire staff if they're the only staff for those positions left. You'd have to have their contracts run out for this to happen.

Doctors help driver training go more quickly because health deteriorates more slowly but IMO the extra wages of a good doctor is not good value.
Tech directors improve research.
