In the league and when their is hot countries like singapore Abu Dhabi I don't know what tryes and what push level l. Please could somebody try and help me asap. Thank you.

If the temperature is around 30 celsius a good choice is the Medium tyre, if its over 35-40 celsius Hard tyre is the right choice, you can push the car as long as the tyre temperature doesnt rise to the red area. Thats my opinion, other managers might think otherwise... you will try and see whats best for you

Super Soft tyres are definitely NOT a safe choive for any temperature over 20, they only last a couple of laps before the temp goes into the red and the tyre wear increases massively. 
As the temperature increase above 25-30, you should be thinking about Med-Hard tyres.
This is just my opinion and could vary team-to-team.

I use wet tyres in dry lol, you should try it;). Jokes aside, 5-10°C super soft and soft tyres, 15-25°C super soft-soft-medium, 25-35°C softs-medium-hard, 35°C+ hard.
