every race my strategy isnt right

What did you try to do?
set a strategy pre race but once the game starts the strategy is different to the one i set, normally pitting my cars together this loses me time due to the penalty and hence i dont reach my position and i lose money

What happened instead?
my cars are the wrong strategyu to the one set pre race

windows 10

https://igpmanager.com/race/live.php?id=23318011 happened again tonight i race in the hasta da la vista baby league tonight it switched me to inters instead of softs then 1 lap later put me on mediums 
this driver had the chance to win the race was on nearly a full tank of kers and was in the leading positions 
i was fortunate enough to record the race so as soon as its ready i will publish it if further proof is needed
