Hi all, can anybody answer me on this?
I have two Chief Designers, both level 18 and I am level 20 as a manager. But as a level 20 I see my CDs with a 4.5 stars rating, so I kept using them when I leveled up last time. But I have now a problem with the design every start of the season. I should start with two 50, two 30s and four 42-43 but I always start with one 50, two 30s and all 40s. Just like my Chief Designers were 4 stars and not 4.5
Any level 20 player can confirm my CDs are 4.5 stars if they check out my profile and my staff.
Do what's the deal here? Is it the rating stars, as it was supposed to be, to make next season design or is it the staff level now?

Since u didn't state it, I would like to know,
- do u change the active CD mid season?
- do the CDs have different strengths?

I can confirm your active CD is indicating L18 4.5 Stars to my L20 account.
My experience of CDs with my L20 team is that they will only give you the full 43 standard design (no strength or weakness) if they are either L19 or L20 but importantly must be displaying as a full 5 star.
A L19 displaying as 4.5 star will only yield 42 design points. I've never tested a L18 / 4.5 star but if a L19 / 4.5 star only gives 42 points it is reasonable to assume a L18 (such as yours) will give less.
